Abstract
The occurence of 24 aquatic (Nepidae: 2, Corixidae: 16, Naucoridae: 1, Aphelocheiridae: 1, Notonectidae: 3, Pleidae: 1) and 18 semiaquatic (Mesoveliidae: 2, Hebridae: 2, Hydrometridae: 2, Velidae: 3, Gerridae: 9) Heteroptera species are known from the Tisza region from 136 localities. Mesovelia thermalis, Hebrus ruficeps, Gerris gibbifer, Micronecta pusilla, Corixa panzeri, Sigara nigrolineata nigrolineata and Notonecta lutea are exremely rare in Hungary, but they occur in this region.
