Absztrakt (kivonat)

The study deals with the theoritical questions of assertiveness. It describes the interpretations of the concept and the bases of the classification of assertive and nonassertive behaviour and the characteristics of each type. Furthermore, the results of the assertiveness research in nursing science are summarised with special regard to the possible causes of nurses’ non-assertiveness.
