Absztrakt (kivonat)
The poultry sector is in hard situation - because of the economic crisis. People have not got enough money for qualitative food- they have to buy the cheap meal. The consumption of the poultry meat is stagnating - in Hungary, but the forecast hopes the growth in EU. The external effects are different; the European Committee wants to make better the animal welfare, but the animal protector launches an attack against the goose sector.
