Abstract
The Subcarpathian Hungarian Cultural Association – the first lobby association for the subcarpathian Hungarians – was formed 26th of February 1989. After inception the political representatives of the subcarpathian Hungarians have conceived recommendations of the possible confines of public law on the intergation of Hungarian minority to the Ukranian state. In my presentation I would like to present the concepts concieved, as well as the changing political context that has reformed the ambitions for autonomy with the interplay of two factors. On one hand it was each time a provocation when the political environment has changed prosperously in point of autonomy, on the other hand the autonomy – in the ideas of composition and redefinition of a team’s or association’s identity have appeared.
