Abstract
After the change of the former regime – corresponding with the social needs – numerous civic organizations were established, through the constantly changing legal environment and social structures. Regarding the volume of the sphere, it neither seems to be raising nor declining. Owing to latest changes and the effect of the new Act on Civic Organizations, their number may also decrease, and as a prelude some try to stabilize their positions beside the new conditions and other step out and leave their formerly established organizations. In this manuscript we would like to illustrate such resources and prospects beside the constraint factors, which equally mean dilemma for the sustainability of civic organizations.
