It’s amazing being in the XXI century keep talking about phenomena such as slavery, which has pushed the boundaries of time and for generations has kept among us, in relation to new modern slavery cases of Bolivia and Brazil are widely acknowledged, without But today manifest more strongly sensitize us diff erent facts on the issue and shows us even closer than we had imagined. Precisely in 2013 were able to rescue a group of about 200 Colombians were subjected under a network traffi cking that led to Argentina to be exploited at work , a situation that calls us to be more vigilant against the new form of slavery given today through deception and bids to improve the standard of living . Th e network of Colombians kept under slave labor more than 200 nationals, was made up of 23 people, who were responsible for making contact with victims and move them to Argentina under the delusion that they would work in the form of cooperative once arrived in the country had no chance of return. It should be mentioned that in recent years, traffi cking for labor and sexual exploitation has been placed on the political and social agenda, thanks to the media exposure they acquired diff erent cases around the world, which has led it to be a topic of wide interest and joint work between civil society, state and international agencies and / or foundations of the same charge .
