Abstract
Die Verfasserin beschäftigt sich mit der traditionellen Ernährung eines kleinen Dorfes Harasti in Slavonien. Das sowohl in sprachwissenschaftlicher, wie auch in ethnographischer Hinsicht sehr wertvolle Material wurde von der Verfasserin selbst gesammelt; dies ist ein Teil einer sehr wertvollen Monographie von Haraszti, deren Veröffentlichung für die Wissenschaft unbedingt notwendig wäre.
