Abstract
Der sowohl in sprach- wie literaturgeschichtlicher Hinsicht sehr wertvolle Érdy Kodex (geschrieben in den Jahren 1526—27) enthält sehr interessante ungarische geographische Namen, die für die Namenkunde von nicht geringer Bedeutung sind; so z. B. dis Namen: magyar- 'Magyarország; Ungarn' 406b: "...nagy haddal be yewe magyarra" d. h. 'er zog mit grossem Heere nach Ungarn'; 495b: taxont 'In Taksony', 544a: "meene beinek pwztayaba" 'er ging in die Heide Bei (später: Bél) usw. Diese Angaben sind auch für die historische Laut- und Formenlehre sehr wertvoll. Die Verfasserin dieses Artikels hat diese geographischen Namen des Érdy Kodex zusammengesammelt und veröffentlicht sie in alfabetischer Reihe.
