Abstract
The agriculture including animal husbandry and agriculture still plays an important role in Hungary in the quality of life of rural population coverage. Therefore, it is important to break the aging of the domestic agricultural sector "young farmers" the willingness to gain / regain. The restructuring of the agricultural society, - qualifications, age, gender, according to legal form chosen is ongoing. Thus, national economic interest, and one task is to ensure a "young farmer" supply. Recognition of this problem, a number of literature dissertation dealt with in recent years. These findings works, summarizes and evaluates proposals for solutions, sometimes confronts this paper. A professionally managed by well prepared, with a proper relationship with you and market information, managed by agricultural consultants 'young farmers' farms can achieve spectacular growth, it is better by themselves and can contribute to the development of the country.
