Abstract
There are several types of quality management methods applied by successful organizations in the business. The purpose of use is the improvement of the system, which results in satisfied customers and efficient organizational operations. Although the vast majority of higher education institutions educate students these methods, they are used no or rarely. The adaptation of quality management methods has just started, and the best way is to use with the typical development models. Therefore, I chose the topic of this paper the applicability of these methods in the educational and administrative processes. The goal of application is designed based on facts and datas. After a brief theoretical and methodological overview of the using of methods I highlight practical examples, eg.: flowchart, FMEA, QFD,...
