Abstract
Many people have studied many aspects of commercial viability. Many people have been wondering what makes it marketable a diploma or a degree? What are the expectations of the labour market? What are the expectations of the employees? The youth unemployment arise in connection with the question of whether the marketable employee is aware of his own abilities, is able to utilize the skills they have learned. Whether there are young people aware of the key competencies which could help them in getting work. The literature and the practice is in line with its connection to the young people entering the labour market right now is not marketable. To overcome the disadvantages required for the development of basic skills. The progress is needed to overcome the regional disadvantages. Using the tools of active employment is an important factor too.
