Abstract
This paper aims to present the factors that influence the employability of young Hungarian graduates. The employability indicators due to the diversity and technical features of professions may vary by disciplines. This section of employability was analyzed and the results summarized in this article. To the test I checked on the DPR Recent Graduates 2012 database. The results highlight the particularities of professional groups. In dimensions of substitutability and convertibility the professional fields can be overlaps and differences which are presented below.
