Absztrakt (kivonat)
One of the main ideas of this study based on the book titled “The Grand Chessboard”, which published in 1999 by Zbigniew Brzezinski. The book provides a very good basis for the assessment of the global policy challenges, because it presents the perspectives which were predictable in 1999. So today we can see what really happened as the author imagined and what is not. In our study, we examine some completely new factors – including Russia’s new perceptions of its international role – which influence the loss of control tendency of US in global politics.
