Absztrakt (kivonat)
The aim of this study is to examine in the title described legal and ethical problems. At the beginning of the study we clarify the legal frameworks and then examine the possibilities of the human rights feasible. This is a very special and sensitive situation, therefore the author of this study does not want to take a position on this controversial issue. This study is only a summary, which claries and takes into consideration the most circumstances of the topic.
