Abstract

The research is examining opinions from students about teaching qualities. Earlier studies and literatures revealed many traits that can influence the judgement of a particular teacher. However, they did not examine the differences that can appear between seminar conductors and lecturers in a social space where students experience teaching qualities. We can assume that each mentioned groups of teachers establish different relationships with the students due to the distinct group numbers and working methods. Below I will present the research results where the characteristics of the seminar conductors get compared to the characteristics of the teachers who the students could meet during the lectures of their university study. The students' opinion is relevant in the aspect of teaching qualities, therefore the research is also based on questionnaire of student opinions made among the undergraduates of Óbuda University, with the help of higher-grade full time training students.
