Abstract

The economic situation of our age, globalization, the presence of given organizations on international markets force enterprises to always have precise, current, correct decisions in order to be able to survive on continuously changing markets and achieve success. The dynamic change of these markets stimulates enterprises to adapt to the occurred changes ever quicker and more smoothly. In order for a given enterprise to be able to function profitably in an environment, where only change is constant, such an integrated information system is needed, which enables the provision of information, which with their data content, availability in time and quality support the well-founded decisions reached on time. It is possible to conform to and fulfill the ever strengthening requirements against enterprises, the continuously changing markets, globalization mentioned above with the application of the logistic controlling system, which at the same time helps enterprises to maximize profit and minimize costs adapting to the circumstances.
