Abstract

Pollen grains of Triticum aestivum L. were partially degraded with four series of experiments: 1. Degradation with 2-aminoethanol for 24, 48 and 72 hours. 2. After the treatment mentioned previously, KMn04 (1 %) was added for 24 hours. 3. In this experiment merkaptoethanol was added to the residous after degradation with 2-aminoethanol. 4.Pollen grains partially dissolved with glycerine aq. dil. (50%). LM and TEM methods were used.
