Abstract
Vojvodina Province is located in the northern part of the Republic of Serbia as one of the autonomous province of this republic. Actually the poem of “autonomous province” was included only the name, but not the rights. It classified a dynamically developing area of the 1970s and 1980s. The development had aborded in the year of 1987, when constitutional amendments have reduced the authority of the province. In the middle of 1990 thanks to Milosevic`s economic politics agriculture in Vojvodina had been brought to the decadence, despite of the fact, that Vojvodina was shared the most important resource for the whole country. Vojvodina's agriculture was damaged because of the formed situation. In the year of 2006 The Land Act showed a potential to develope Vojvodina’s agriculture. The development trend, which was seemed to emerge once again, began to decline in 2014 as a result of the new agricultural regulations. In December 2015, the Government of Serbia adopted an amendment of agriculture which create a situations that have made impossible for farmers in the territory of this region to live and to farm.
