Abstract

Intravenőse Narkosen. Ihre Anwendung findet ihre Begründutig in der raschen Ausscheidung des Mittels. Als Rauscli bieten sie den Vorte l des angenehmeti Enschlafens und des Fehlens des Lerbrechens. Für langdauernde Narkosen werden diese Mittel wegen ihrer Gefahrlichkeit weniger angewendet, oder besser mit Inhalationsnarcotica kombiniert. Evipan-natrium hat slich hauptsachlich für langere und tiefe, Narconumal für kürzere und oberflachlichere Narkosen bewahrl. SUMMARY: Intavenous general aniaeslthesy presents his adventages by absence of different troubles at the beginnfng of narkosis. Though it was found excellent for short narkosis it has been used infrequently for leng during general anaesthesia, because of some dangers, unless combined with inhalation-nareotica. In particular evipan-sodium was administered for longer during and deep, Narconumal for short and superficial anaesthesy. Their usefulness is attributable to quick elimination.
