Abstract
By the middle of the 13th century the steppe from China to the slants of the Carpathians was under the control of the Mongol Empire., which under some decades became the state with the biggest coherent area of history. Its unity hasn’t kept for a long time. With the death of Möngke big khan in 1259 the Empire loosens up and Dzsingisian ruled descendant states came into existence. From these I’m introducing the infancy of the Golden Horde’s history, which was the most western Ulus of Mongol Empire. The Ulus of the long ago Mongol Empire started to be independent in the second half of the 13th century under the ruling of Berke Khan from the central powers which process was accomplished under the ruling of Mengü Temür Khan(1267–1280). By the 14th century the Golden Horde became the strongest authority of the east European steppe whit extended diplomatic contacts. The shaping of these was affected by the hostile with the Ilkanida dynasty which ruled the Persian area just as by the politic of Nogáj emir who ruled the western areas of the Horde from the 1280’s. Through the previous one the nomad state affected the political power dealing of the Near East, West Europe and the Mediterranean countries indirectly while the later one directly formed the relations of the surrounding East and Near European and Balkan States. In my work I would like to introduce the formation and changing of this relationship from the independence of the Golden Horde till the beginning of the 14th century.
