Abstract
2010–2011 során, egy román–magyar közös projekt keretében egy szegedi és egy temesvári civilszervezet egy jelentős tudományos kutatási projektet hajtott végre: két új mentális térképező eljárást algoritmizált. Az algoritmustervek alapján nekifogtak a szoftverek kifejlesztésébe is. Mindkét eljárás lényege, hogy vizuális módon teszi lehetővé az online kérdőívezést. Az egyik eljárás az egydimenziós grafikus skála, a másik pedig a kétdimenziós. Mindkét eljárásnak van előképe nem csak a mentális térképezésben, de a pszichológiában is, alkalmazásuk mégsem bevett a társadalomtudományok területein, annyira nem, hogy tudtunkkal ezek lesznek az első vizuális kérdőívezésre alkalmas algoritmusok a világon. Between 2010 and 2011, a significant research has been conducted by a Szeged and a Timisoara based NGO, within a Romanian-Hungarian joint project. As a result they created two new mental mapping algorithms. Based on these algorithms, they also started to work on the software. Both of the techniques create a visual interface for online surveys. These methods originate both from mental mapping and psychology, however they are not commonly used in the fields of social sciences. Moreover, apparently these will be the first algorithms applicable for visual surveys in the world.
