Abstract
In our study, we expected to deal with the leaders of the examination. The characteristics of successful leaders examined the researchers for many decades. In our survey we collected the opinions of students. To the question we tried to answer that: „What is expected of a leader is the most important? Write down your first thought! „ In the survey attended a total 82 basic and master's student. The results show that, based on the total sample considers the most important sturdiness. In addition, key role to play in empathy and consistency. Looking at specific types of training can be made more findings. For master's students of outstanding ability and credibility of the stress-tolerant. While in the case of students of basic fairness, incentives and consistency also emerged as an important feature.
