Abstract

The change management and the managing the changes represent huge challenge and permanent tasks for the organisations. Changes, which organizations must adapt, most often caused by changes in the external environment. Our investigations are focused change management issues in organizations. Our survey was conducted in a multinational company’s production department. We asked the managers of the department, and we used a questionnaire. In this study we present the key indicators of successful change. Fifteen factors were determined, which could contribute to a successful change management. These were assessed by managers. The most important factors are the setting goals, and the consistent communication and action. Correlation tests were also performed. Evaluation of the factors did not show significant differences based on management levels. Based on the age groups we found significant differences account for two factors. These are the prepare to resist, and the need for crisis.
