Abstract
A good leader is one of the most important tasks is to encourage the creation of an atmosphere in the workplace. And examine the disciplines Hungary has traditionally been individual success as sports leaders, considered decisions in this direction during my research. Using the data obtained parallels and contrasts wish to formulate the operation of the sport federation, athletes focus on determinants vision. Today, the government regards as a priority sector for the sport, and sport leaders in the domestic leader's role is increasingly to the fore. Today, motivate athletes and professionals dealing with legitimate expectations after an active civic life stress, thoughtful preparation dual career decisionmaking is not enough “only” during a sports career.
