Abstract
Nowadays, the question of quality of life is one of the most important organisational employment problems. A lot of organisations have already realized by now that they should help their workers with different family-friendly tools to solve this question. The author has produced quantitative surveys with workers and employers to find out what kind of stereotypes are in relation to workers with family if such these approaches can be identified at all. How do workers with family behave in some organisational situations on the basis of the judgment of the two parties? Is it necessary to have another HR approach towards these employees? Current study has not shown that there is a clear positive or negative discrimination against family workers, although family ties have some effects on some work-related ability.
