The essay is dealing with the development of a special tourism product in Northern-Balaton destination region. There are some kinds of tourism products, which are characterized by the area of Balaton-Uplands Nature Reserve. The mentioned region above became one of the most attractive destinations from the aspect of recreational ways and cultural sites as well. First of all the geological and geomorfological shapes and sites in addition with other cultural factors introduce the visitor and the researcher into the scientific examination of the territory. I would like to take a comprehensive research about this area from socio – geographical and natural – geographical aspect, which are based on the wealth of values. The tourism facilities are including organised trips, ecological education and many kind of sustainable tourism. All things considered, I am thriving to find the way, how to make this tourism product and destination more popular in order to gain a special attention through thematic trips, visitor centres, information panels, and other complementary facilities.
