Term of Reading Association is collective term, there are integrated manifold efforts, endeavours and goals: helping cultural improvement of members, take these clubs fundamental institute of local democracy and social life. There is important role of cultivation significant cultural heritage. Elements of Strengthening Identity Features: • collaboration, power of collectivity • soar of a cultural developing • common and open place of public thinking • patriotism, worship of Kossuth, wars, charity • “City of Reading Associations” – denomination, manifestation, differences from other city, consciousness • question of politics and/or no politics • collection of library in the Reading Associations (geographical, professional identity) • fundamental rules: scale of value, native language, national and local costume, patriotism, awareness of Hungarians • common goals, missions, learning, entertainment • power of religion, wishing of culture • traditions, social clubs helped to keep generous ideas • Youth, who perpetuates traditions and generous ideas.
