Abstract
Az aktív munkaerő-piaci programok elsődleges célja, hogy a tartós munkanélkülieknek illetve a munkaerőpiacról hiányzó más társadalmi csoportoknak közvetlen segítséget nyújtsanak a munka világába való tartós visszajutáshoz. Legfontosabb típusaik a különféle képzési-, foglalkoztatástámogatási programok, a közcélú foglalkoztatás valamint az aktív segítség a munkakeresésben. Ezek többnyire a sikeres munkavégzéshez szükséges készségek fejlesztésén keresztül próbálják céljukat elérni, mondván a résztvevők készségei a programban való részvétellel megfelelő szintre hozhatók. Tartalmi szempontból a leggyakoribb aktív munkaerő-piaci programtípusok a képzési programok (általános képzés, szakképzés, munkahelyi képzés), foglalkoztatás-támogatási programok (munkaadók támogatása, önfoglalkoztatás támogatása), közcélú foglalkoztatás, illetve aktív segítség a munkakeresésben. The primary aim of the active labour market programs is to provide direct help to the long-term unemployed or other social groups which are not represented in the labour market in returning to the world of work in the long-term. The most important types of help are different trainings, employment support programs, public employment and active job search assistance. These mostly try to achieve goals through the development of necessary skills for work, saying the participants' skills may be at an appropriate level if participating in the program. In terms of content, the most common types of active labour market programs are training programs (general education, vocational training, job training), employment support programs (employers support, help for self-employment), public employment and active help in job search.
