Abstract
A tanulmány a pécsváradi katolikus halotti anyakönyvek 18. századi bejegyzéseit mutatja be és elemzi. A szerző bemutatja a bejegyzések adatcsoportjait, azok digitális rögzítését, illetve ezen adatok alapján következtetéseket von le Pécsvárad 18. századi demográfiájára és népességére vonatkozóan. Der Autor des Aufsatzes analysiert die Sterbematrikeln mit statistischen Methoden, aufgrund mehr als 6000 Einträge. Der Name, das Lebensalter, das Geschlecht der Verstorbenen enthält wichtige Informationen über die Pécsvárader Gesellschaft aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. In den Sterbematrikeln wurde oft sowohl der Beruf, als auch die Todesursache eingegeben. Anhand dieser Daten ist die Geschichte der Lebensweise zu forschen. Die angesammelten Daten machen es möglich, die Mobilität zu forschen und können bei namenskundlichen und ethnischen Analysen helfen. The study introduces and analyses records from the 18th century in the Catholic death certificates of the Pécsvárad parish church. The author describes the data sets in the records and their digital collection. On this basis, they draw conclusions on the demography and population of Pécsvárad in the 18th century.
