Abstract
In the beginning, this work reflects on the development of the legal administration systems for example in Europe, United Kingdom and in the United States, in other worlds compared the Continental and the Common law legal systems and variant administrative solutions in other societies. The essay elaborates on the causes of the current situations of the administration system, and the influence of bureaucracy on people and of course on profession as well. Especially the causes of so-called alienation within the bureaucratic system. This research focuses on the professional structure and how the technocracy leads on this above mentioned alienation and what is the connection between that and the ascription-achievement. The work shows differences among different societies and different administrative systems. In contrast with other bureaucratic situation why in our system developed a close structure and why it could show to us a universal and current condition. Being aware of the historical facts this work has made it possible the fully understand why the legal administration systems in these different legal cultures vary in method, knowledge, practical relevance, and practical expertise but it could be seen similarities as well. Through this research we could see the problems of this professional system but we could see as well that the administration systems must work and within this operation that we have to maintain how we could solve its problems. But before we could begin this above mentioned work first of all we must aware of the cultural facts that surround us.
