As many scientist says we are living in the industrial revolution 4.0. This means that we should get used to new technics, like artificial intelligence. The money, the technology which has been given to the researches justify this affirmation. AI has not got physical presence yet, but in the future it is likely to have, for example in robots, which will look like a human being. Those will be the androids. In the history every industrial revolution made a sort of new problems for the jurists, for example the labor rights, or the legal liability when people started to drive cars. I am sure that the AI. will bring the same problems, the same legal questions and the solutions. The difference is, that the case of the AI., we talk about machines, with independent decisions, with infinite knowledge, and physical power, which could cause harm. With the many positive effects it has negatives too. All of these capability means, that we should think for the future and make legislation before these techniques get common. There are serious questions set, for example how should we think about them these robots should be treated like human beings, or slaves or maybe things? Can we punish a robot? If we can, how? Who should bear the responsibility for damages? The user, the owner, the factory? There are many questions we have to develop before problems will show up. With this essay my mark was not to answer all these questions. My goal was to raise the public awareness about this future problem and to launch the work of the legal solutions. In the end of the essay I presented my de lege ferenda advices, which I think can be the basis of the future legislation. I hope my essay will be good to provoke the minds and launch a social conversation about the AI.
