Absztrakt (kivonat)
The Basic Law of Hungary and Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on Local Self-Governments in Hungary developed a new rules of the Legal Control over Local Self-Governments. The new legal system based on European Charter of Local Self-Government. Article 8 of the Charter named by Administrative supervision of local authorities’ activities. The supervision is the strongest control than legal oversight. The legislation envisage the intervention of the supervisory administrative authorities when the local self-government works illegally. In our study we are analysing the nowdays regulation of Act of Self-Governments and we are sketching the future principles of the amendment.
