Absztrakt (kivonat)
In this study on organisations functioning as legal persons in the fishing industry, the author is explaining the relationship of Hungarian organisations. Social organisations involve two types: the good old society model on onehand, and popular organisations emerging nowadays on the analysis shows that neither of the models has proved to be prior to the other, regarding their interior legal systems and their practical use. The study is focusing on the introduction of fishing organisations regarding their specific relations needing regulation. The relation of legal personality and internal organization is being explained in a historical background.
