Abstract
In the agrarian field, there are certain organizations (e.g. hunting, fishing) not only having typical objectives and duties, but also incorporating special legal supervision. After giving an outline and analysis of the present situation, the author is discovering the novums which are expected to be detailed in the new civil code and related material. The author is analyzing a couple of practical issues, too, emphasizing the unique characteristics of organizations.
