The alliances of countries are a form of cooperation of international community which come into existence within the frames of the international law. The alignment contracts considered a special form of the international contracts could be categorize in many methods and they are organized by detailed rules. Nevertheless it is a very interesting question that what kind of international political strategy or virtually what kind of points of view affected on those contracts that considered as a coalition between states. The logic of my essay is based upon that the foreign affairs depend on the international system and the relationship between powers. So a state's more powerful position in the international situation affects on the foreign political activity and the foreign political strategy of other states and the changes of international political system would change these power relations as well. Considering the international political theories in my opinion the states can reach the status of hegemony or the attempt of it (absolute power) through the supremacies leadership and the status of balances to the relative weak position that means they can undertake the neutrality or they become an absolute weak position that means the international isolation. In my opinion the most important measurement of the international relationships is the system of alliance between states as a consequence of it the changes of the alignment contracts show us the changes of relations of powers. My essay sets forth the above mentioned hierarchical positions of powers and I attempt to show the features of the foreign positions of powers connecting types of alliances and practical examples. This logic of examination assures the possibility to provide an overall picture about the international relationships between states including the possible alignment strategies and foreign relations considering the connections of international system.
