The essay has a try at the demonstration of the most important influential factors of the non financial sum compensation. The personality rights boom (László Sólyom) has significantly revised the matter of the misfeasanced personality rights. In these days, personality rights boom has been deduced from the media, the alteration of the media and the media attitude. Nevertheless, it is necessery to take into account the routine of the law application. Recompense sums are allocated in tabular form in many countries, for instance in Germany and Austria. It is not existed such a 'background' in the Hungarian case of law enforcement. Judical application of the so called non financial sum compensation is mentioned in the judical case of law enforcement, but it has not an effect on the awarded compensation. Next to these general circumstences, further factors, suitable for forming the quantity of the non financial sum compensation, are described in the essay. The measure and the contents of sufferings, the age and the marital status of the injured party are taken into account in this part.
