Abstract
Presently we are witnessing the emergence of a new kind of space, the. The cyberspace is beyond the monitors of personal computers occupying the endless network of interconnected pc-s. As the nominator W. Gibson put it, the cyberspace is a special data matrix or „data landscape" where the individuals and companies succesfully establish an interactive connection with the available information, and even bay and sell the gained information. The expression is used by a large variety of groups with meaning suited to their needs. All this implies a rapid development of the different types of computer communication methods and virtual realities. The cyberspace is most influential on the existing social standards and relations. The cyberspace is capable to affect and shape" the self", the communities, the economies, the cultures and complex interrelationship between man and environment. The „presece" of towns very important in the cyberspace as well. All these mentioned featured contain a wide-range of areas waiting for to be investigated of social geography.
