Abstract
Nowadays a professionally important and very exiting question is: how does the European integration affect the constitutions of certain states, what kind of modifications of their fundamental law follows the joining of sovereign states in the EU. It is also an important question, what happens to "the state" with the entrance into the union. Does its identity remain, i.e. does its "own" territory remain, will "own" population (citizenship), "own" sovereignty, or these special features be changed, practically "dissolved" in a larger communal conglomerate? Has the EU got an own statehood? If the answer is "yes", do the member-states's special features remain? These questions demand answers, because if the state loses its own sovereignty after its entrance, at that time it loses the right to determine the independent own inner structure of power, which follows from sovereignty, i.e. the own constitution of the state loses its sense, too. Is there any changes in the earlier, one -one and a half centuries old ideas, do new categories appear in the public law, political scientific terminologie, influencing present processes of integration. Only after clearing up these questions can those , incidents be interpreted and understood those solutions, mirroring in the constitutions of member-states after their entrance into the European Union.
