Abstract
The author attempts to categorise the hunting association, which operates in the agrarian sector and which applies unique regulations as regards the notion itself and its definition. The aim is to draw attention to the non-profit application of hunting associations among the continuously differentiating organizations. This study elaborates only on a segment of the question and neglects the analysis of the issue at the international and European Union level. The usefulness of this work, on the one hand, is that it may make readers more sensitive to the gains from hunting and from forests, on the other hand it highlights the special features, the public utilisation and multipurposeness of the third sector.
