Absztrakt (kivonat)
The study analyzes three questions of European legal history. Firstly the emergence and the differentiation of role of professional jurist in the Roman development are analyzed and then the development of roles of jurist in the development after Bologna from 1100. Secondly the layers of law (text-layer, legal dogmatics) in the European development from 12. to 19. centuries are analyzed, and thirdly the forms of generalizations of law (regulae iuris, maxims, legal principles, legal cathegories) in the history are outlined. This analysis is a part of a legal scientific research wich can be named as structural legal history. This has a place betweeen the traditonal research of legal theory and legal history.
