Abstract
Authors' starting point is that new Civil Code emphasises certain legal entities, for example the co-operative, but the denominated co-operatives as type of legal entity are regulated by acts and lower laws. Particularly groups of co-operatives, their organisation, internal relations and their power and jurisdiction. The paper summarizes the basic quastions of internal relations of the legal entity (cooperative) and specialy the monography is about the home stages and their actual and expected future forms of legal entity and they are analysed overviewed. In connection with internal relations the comprehensive historical review is missing because only the summery of european rules is a distinct issue.
