Abstract
There is sex without reproduction over the last 50 years, we have now reproduction without sex by 20 years now, and nowadays reproduction is possible after the menopause. Adolescent sexuality, prenatal diagnostics, in utero therapy, the desctructive methods of birth control, the issues of sterilisation are giving us many difficult legal and ethical questions . There also new legal challenges in the field of assisted reproduction, pre-embryo research, sex-selection, stem-cell research, and the frightening possibility of cloning humans.
