Abstract
The digitalization-related pillar of the Complex Basic Program seeks to facilitate the digital transformation process at the institutional level via the organisation of further training programs for in-service teachers and mentored innovation schemes. The design process of the respective com prehensive service and support portfolio was guided by the recognition that a once- only measure is not sufficient to generate a methodological culture change. The aim of the further training scheme for in-service teachers is to enable the participants to apply digital devices in teaching and in the arrangement of the education process, while familiarising them with the methodology of ICT-based class or lesson design and the means of collection and production of digital text components relevant to the given pedagogical objective. It is hoped that teachers having com pleted the program will be able to apply innovative digital technology assisted methodological solutions in the classroom while providing effective support for the respective learning process.
