Abstract

The Exercise-based sub-pogramme of the Complex Foundation Programme has a dual focus. It emphasizes learning in an exercise-based environment and learning in activities. The sub-programme strengthens the complex capability-building effect (physical, emotive, cognitive, social) of the exercise as well as cultivates the transversal abilities. Additionally it develops social competencies, cooperation, critical-thinking, self-reflection, digital compatencies, effective communication, problem-solving, reasoning-competencies, leadership skills, creativity, teamwork and self-study. The main goal of out training is to strenghten these abilities.
