Abstract
Research shows that school is the place where students experience the most apathy, boredom, stress and anxiety. Mindfulness has proven to be an effective method of reducing stress, anxiety and depression, thereby increasing psychological well-being and psychological flexibility. This study outlines a possible research design to examine the effectiveness of mindfulness in a school setting to reduce student anxiety and stress levels.
