Absztrakt (kivonat)
Because of the Sale and Community conference, I wanted to choose such crime, which I can join to the theme and to my research too. So my election was the receiving in Jászkun District in 1844. The name of the receiving was various forms in factum (e. g. suspicious receiving, receiving of two stole horses) and we cannot talk about a unitary terminology in the first part of the 19th century. It was committed against especially stole domestic animals. They have hidden them in their house or have sold. In my conclusion I can say, although there were unwritten law, we can follow the national practice and in sentence it were some consistency.
