Abstract
The theme of the paper is to show and system at size conditions which are necessary to enter priority for copyright to ownership right. The case of the conflict between copyright and ownership is that copyright work is a subject, namely a building. On the one hand this building is a subject of copyright protection as an architectural work but on the other hand this building is a subject of property. The author and the owner are usually not the same person. If the owner wants to change the building, it can violate the rights of the author. The study analyses the cases in which changes are legal and illegal with consideration of necessary legislations, judicial practise, the advice of Copyright Experts Council and professional literature.
