A Company’s reputation depends on lot of things, for example the activity level, the quality of goods and services, advertising the quality of certain products from the appearance. Trademarks can help in this. In addition, because of the mark distinctive character can be informed consumers, operators, according to competitors, and creates a bond between the trade mark of the goods and the issuer company or manufacturer. Trademarks can express the particular product or service quality, indicating the quality of the work of production. Consumers can easily make a difference between the products or services. Due to the escalating importance of the trademarks the procedural rules are also very important.
