The age of the social changes in Hungary (and in Central and Eastern Europe) is not only a decisive turnaround of socio-political transition from socialism to a market economy, but the dominant element can be linked to the appearance of numerous technological advances which leading to the information society. The modernization changes are displayed each enlargement in the social, economic and political subsystems, leading to the appearance of new modern mentality, which must adapt.34 In the recent past and the present development and the spread of digital tools have fundamentally changed the system of conditions to each other and to the environments. Not only personal relationships have changed through the use of social media and the Internet, but also relationship between economic operators, and the official contact forms in the legal services. Civil lawsuits also have to adapt the new technologies, but need to respect traditions.
