Abstract
Each country has a trademark in the market for each other and its own market, which are very well represented by the two basic conditions of competitiveness: quality and price, through individualization of individual goods. My presentation aims to present the national trademark law of some European states and the normative framework laid down by the European Union, which aim to ensure the optimal functioning of the EU internal market and the free circulation of goods, taking into account the protection guaranteed by the trademark.
